In line with the college’s commitment to digital transformation, the RK Law College Library offers a comprehensive e-learning ecosystem:

  • Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC): Enables users to search, reserve, and renew books remotely.
  • E-Resource Portal: Centralized access to e-books, databases, case-law compilations, and journals through secure login credentials.
  • Remote Access Facility: Allows faculty and students to explore library resources from home or campus via cloud-based authentication.
  • Online Legal Research Tools: Tutorials and user guides to effectively use platforms like Manupatra, SCC Online, Hein Online, and LexisNexis (where subscribed).
  • Integration with National Digital Portals: Direct links to ePathshala, N-LIST (INFLIBNET), and National Digital Library of India (NDLI) for multidisciplinary academic expansion.
  • Digital Literacy Workshops: Regular orientation sessions to help users build skills in online research, citation management, and responsible digital usage.

Digital & Remote Services:
Development of a Digital Library Portal — a single-window access point for subscribed and open-access legal resources.
Remote access credentials shared securely for legal databases.
Information services through e-mail, ensuring uninterrupted support.
Online training sessions on the use of open-access and institutional resources for both students and faculty.
E-content repository created by college faculty, accessible through the library section of the college website.

Lead Reader Award:
Beginning from the Academic Year 2025–26, the library instituted the “Lead Reader Award” to recognize one student from each academic year who demonstrates exemplary use of library resources.
The Library Committee, in consultation with faculty members, selects awardees based on library attendance, active participation, and engagement with academic and extracurricular activities.
