R.K.Law College organized an introduction program on Moot Court for the students the program was conducted under the guidance of Riddesh Khanvilkar sir and in the presence of practicing advocates Avinash sir and Shetty sir
The main purpose of the program was to introduced students to the concept of moot court and explain how a moot court is conducted students were also informed about the importance of Moot court in Legal education and how it helps them develop practical legal skills.
The students were also inform about the different stages of a Moot court such as legal research, preparation of memorials, oral arguments , rebuttal and sur- rebuttal on maintaining proper courtroom etiquette
The program was very informative and useful for the students that help them understand the basic concept and working of Moot court and motivated them to develop their legal and advocacy skills
